In Zach’s own words

During his time as Chief Deputy Prosecutor, Zach has developed a passion for seeking justice for members of our community that have fallen victim to overdose-related deaths.  It is this passion that has led Zach to personally charging and prosecuting ALL of the Drug Dealing Resulting in Death cases that have been filed in Delaware County, an area in which the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office leads the State.
